I have not been able to open the bird app. It keeps saying unable to connect to the internet. Other apps connect fine. So inreset phone, update software’s. Instal vpn. Nothing works. So I call rider support. Make up an issue, and when they try to load the account. The guy says he can’t do anything fir me. Cuz the account is flagged. So I ask about the error message. He says yes. Thats what bird does while they are investigating and. Determining your fate. So red error message about no internet means account is flagged or banned.
